2025-10-24

The second phase of the 138th Canton Fair was officially opened on October 23rd at the Canton Fair Complex.

The total exhibition area is 515,000 square meters and has almost 25,000 booths. With the theme of "Quality Home Furnishings," this phase has three main sections and 15 exhibition zones, which provide a one-stop home furnishing procurement platform that combines innovative design with green and low-carbon concepts.

This second session of the Canton Fair has over 10,000 exhibitors, over 2,900 of whom are high-quality enterprises that have been certified as national high-tech enterprises, specialized and innovative "Little Giants," green manufacturing enterprises, and national industrial design centers, an increase of over 10% from the previous session.

Market leaders such as Kingking, Sanhuan, Supor, and Lesso will pioneer the shift, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and propelling overall improvement of the industry's innovation and green content. With three focal topics: integrating domestic and foreign trade in large home furnishings, e-commerce innovation across borders, and legal protections for the Belt and Road Initiative, this session is set to have three themed forums and nearly 160 new product launches. This session of the fair covers several categories of home furnishings, including household products, gifts and decorative products, building materials, and furniture. It creates a high-efficiency "product selection and matching" platform, providing integrated home furnishing sourcing services for global buyers.

The exhibition continues to be the largest similar global exhibitions in terms of scale, number of exhibitors, and supply chain integration strengths, and retains its best international influence.

From technological innovation to material innovation, from functional enhancement to aesthetic styling, the products unveiled in Phase II soar on innovation and green technology as two-handed forces, redefining the boundaries of quality life. For smart homes, for example, electric split-back beds and smart office chairs come equipped with mechanisms of health monitoring and adjustment, integrating health care into every facet of life. In eco-materials, the world's first carbon-negative fragrance utilizes shea wax technology and only carries a carbon footprint equivalent to 7.9% of a standard candle. In functional beauty, gold porcelain reminds one of the imperial majesty of the Yangtze River.

Bone china, "paper-thin, jade-white, with a sonorous chime-like quality," is the epitome of craftsmanship.

The Starry Sky Room has a completely transparent dome structure, providing maximum strength and light transmittance, with an uninterrupted view.
