This Series of Labeling Machines
This series of labeling machines has a wide range of applications. It is suitable for circumferential labeling of OPP films, pearlescent films, paper-plastic composite films, and paper labels on the surfaces of cylindrical containers such as round ones — including plastic bottles, glass bottles, and metal cans used in industries like washing products, beverages, mineral water, and food. Due to the adoption of non-shrinkable materials, the printed patterns on the labels will not be deformed, which ensures the aesthetics of product packaging while significantly reducing the cost of packaging materials.
CY-XR24 Automatic Rotary High-Speed Hot-Melt Adhesive Labeling Machine - Main Performance Overview:
● The production speed can reach 38,000 bottles per hour, and it can be connected to the filling line for production, greatly increasing the production speed and saving costs.
● Designed with 24 stations, the bottle infeed and outfeed are in a straight line.
● Intelligent label missing alarm function.
● Intelligent deviation correction function, which controls the labeling error within ±1mm.
● Independently developed intelligent program: when there is a lack of bottles during production, there is no need to stop the machine; the machine will automatically operate when bottles are supplied. This avoids equipment damage caused by frequent start-ups and also reduces energy consumption.
● Adopts imported Schneider servo motor and Siemens PLC control, featuring simple operation, stable and reliable operation.
