Equipment Introduction

1. Structure & Material: The vacuum chamber and platen are constructed from imported 304/2B stainless steel plates (5 mm thick), featuring corrosion resistance and non-deformation.
2. Vacuum Pump: Equipped with original German BUSCH100/BUSCH160 pumps, which deliver stable performance, high vacuum levels, fast pumping speed, and low noise.
3. Protection System: Incorporates a phase-failure and power-failure protection device (unique to our company). In case of phase failure, it automatically disconnects to extend the vacuum pump’s service life.
4. Electrical Components: Utilizes Japanese Omron time relays and French Schneider contactors (treated with special waterproofing to prolong service life).
5. Heating System: Our independently developed heating system ensures uniform heating and excellent sealing performance.
6. Overall Features: Boasts an all-stainless-steel exterior, stable automatic operation, a built-in dewatering function, and imported components. Its technical capabilities are comparable to imported equipment.
