Equipment Description:
1. The main body of this machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with an elegant appearance and long-lasting durability.
2. The cover aligner's mesh belt guiding and fixing mechanism is a patented design exclusive to our company. The contact area between the mesh belt edge and the pressure plate is large, ensuring smooth and stable mesh belt operation and effectively preventing the mesh belt from jumping. The overall cover alignment rate is high, the speed is fast, and the performance is reliable.
3. The slide part adopts a patented design. The side plates of the slide are made of SUS304 stainless steel plates, and the main body of the slide is made of φ5 round steel with SUS304 stainless steel material. This reduces the resistance of the cover movement, eliminates the phenomenon of cover jamming and squeezing, and the slide is designed with fixed reinforcing plates to enhance its rigidity and prevent deformation. It also has an adjustable device to better adapt to the size of the covers.
4. All parts of this machine that come into contact with the covers are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and nylon soft materials, effectively preventing the covers from being scratched.
5. This machine has a high degree of intelligence and is equipped with multiple detection devices to ensure that the main machine stops in time in case of no covers, blocked covers, or jammed covers.
