(1)Film Cutting Station

This equipment is designed to replace manual cutting of barrel mouth labels with a blade, which would cause scratches on the barrel mouth and reduce the service life of the barrel. Adopting a high-temperature film cutting gun, the equipment performs thermal cutting on the barrel mouth labels, causing no damage to the barrel and requiring no manual intervention.
(2) Cap Removing Station

The single-head linear cap remover achieves cap removal through four sequential actions (equipped with a no-cap detection device):
a) The piston of the square cylinder built into the cap removing head moves upward, driving the connected conical block, which in turn causes the two clamping jaws to grip the barrel cap to be removed, completing the cap gripping action.
b) The piston of the cap removing cylinder mounted on the top of the cap removing head moves upward, driving the entire cap removing head to rise—the barrel with the cap to be removed rises with it. However, the shoulder of the barrel is blocked by a fixed baffle, so the cap is pulled off the barrel as the cap removing head ascends, completing the cap removing action.
c) Immediately after the cap is removed, the piston of the built-in square cylinder moves downward, and the connected column block pushes the four clamping jaws to open. The cap then falls under its own weight, completing the cap releasing action.
d) As the cap falls, the air nozzle opens instantly, and compressed air blows the cap directly to the cap chute, which guides it into the cap collection box—the entire cap removing process is completed. (Total time for the four actions: < 2 seconds)
The frame is manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel.
e) The no-cap detection device is equipped to avoid cap removal attempts on barrel without caps, thus reducing damage to the barrels.
f) The cap removing action is smooth and gentle with low impact and no vibration, and the equipment can reach a speed of 1800 barrels per hour.
