The Reliable Performance potato cleaning and conveying machine 5XF-80 mainly consists of a receiving hopper, sorting device, debris conveying device, large potato conveying device, flat conveyor belt base, hydraulic system, electrical system, base assembly, main conveyor device, and traction frame.

Working Principle:

For short-distance transportation, the Reliable Performance potato cleaning and conveying machine 5XF-80 is moved to the work site using a tractor or other towing equipment.

Before operation, check the equipment lines connected to the cleaning conveyor. After confirming that the entire sorting line is properly connected, start the cleaning conveyor for testing. After the potatoes are harvested in the field, transport vehicles or other mechanisms spread the material onto the receiving hopper of the cleaning conveyor.
