Equipment Introduction

1. Vacuum Chamber Construction: The vacuum chamber is fabricated from imported 304 stainless steel plates with a thickness of 5 mm. To prevent deformation, it undergoes special reinforcement treatment, ensuring no warping even after long-term use. This design is custom-developed by our company.
2. Lifting Mechanism: The chamber features vertical lifting driven by a gear-and-rack transmission system, delivering high precision and smooth operation—outperforming linkage-driven designs prone to misalignment.
3. Chain System: Equipped with large-stainless-steel buckle chains, the connection between the chain and conveyor belt includes a buffer design, ensuring extended service life unmatched by small-buckle chains.
4. Vacuum Pump: Utilizes an imported BUSCH vacuum pump from Germany, boasting stable performance, high vacuum levels, and a long service life.
5. Electrical Components: Adopts Japanese Omron time relays and an electromagnetic brake motor for reliable control.
6. Heating System: The vulnerable heating strips in the heating system undergo special processing, reducing wear during production—overcoming a key technical challenge for our company.
