HY-10L-2 is a linear market bottle blowing machine. HY-10-2 achieves approximately 800BPH for a 10-L bottle. Its baking channel is separated from the blow molding, which shortens the mold opening time, speeds up the blow molding process, increases the output, reduces damage to the machine, maintains reliable performance, extends the service life, and makes the machine run more smoothly.
HY-10L-2 is controlled by PLC. The preform is automatically completed throughout the entire process from loading to bottle discharge, featuring labor-saving and pollution-free advantages. HY-10L-2 consists of three main parts: the preform loading system, the heating channel and the blow molding.
Machine function
1. The machine adopts an advanced PLC control system, featuring stable performance and automatic feeding of preforms.
2. It has strong penetration. In the infrared preheater, the bottle rotates by itself and simultaneously rotates on the track, with good and rapid heat distribution
3. High adjustability: By adjusting the lengths of the lamp tubes and reflector plates in the preheating zone, the preheater can preheat preformed parts of various shapes and maintain a constant temperature inside the preheater through an automatic constant temperature device.
4. In each mechanical action, there is a safety automatic locking device, which will enable the program to enter a safe state when a certain program malfunctions.
5. The cylinder replaces the oil to drive the action, causing no pollution and low noise
6. Ideal cooling effect achieved by using a cooling system
7. Low scrap rate: less than 0.3%
