1. Filling Machine Overview
This machine is a can filling and seaming equipment designed and manufactured by our company after introducing and digesting Swiss can filling and seaming technology. It can be widely used for filling and sealing beer and carbonated beverages in cans. The machine features compact structure, stable operation and beautiful appearance.
The whole machine adopts bottom-supported can conveying, which makes the whole line conveying more stable. It is controlled by PLC and operated via touch screen.
The filling principle is micro-negative pressure gravity filling. The filling valves adopt high-precision mechanical valves, which feature fast filling speed and high liquid level accuracy, realizing "fill when can is present, no fill when no can". The combination of filling valve mouth guide device and bottom-supported can lifting device ensures the maximum stability of cans entering and exiting the filling machine. The filling cylinder support adopts worm gear box lifting, which can adapt to cans of different heights. A liquid level float switch inside the filling cylinder ensures stable liquid inlet.
2. Technical Features
- Filling valves adopt high-precision mechanical valves with fast filling speed and high liquid level accuracy.
- The filling cylinder is a sealed cylinder made of 304L stainless steel to realize isobaric filling.
- Filling valve flow rate > 125ml/s.
- Main transmission adopts combination of toothed belt and gearbox open transmission, with high efficiency and low noise.
- Main transmission adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation; the whole machine is controlled by PLC industrial computer. The seamer and filling machine are connected by coupling to ensure synchronization of the two machines.
- Equipped with "fill when can is present, no fill when no can" function.
- Isobaric filling method reduces contact between air and materials, improves filling speed, prevents dripping, and is equipped with vacuum extraction device.
- Seaming technology is fully introduced from Swiss Rerrum Company.
- Seaming rollers are made of high-hardness alloy steel quenched (HRC＞62), and the seaming curve is precision machined by optical curve grinding to ensure seaming quality. The bottle guiding system can be changed according to can types.
- Equipped with "feed lid when can is present, no lid feed when no can" control system to ensure normal operation of the machine.
- The whole machine has CIP cleaning function.
- The whole machine is equipped with centralized lubrication system.
