1. Drive Mechanism:

One belt is used to drive two shafts, featuring fast and precise transmission, convenient belt replacement and maintenance, and no error gap between movements.

2. Electrical cabinet:
The electrical control system: Based on the mechanical structure, circuit design, intelligent control, and productivity improvement for the labeling and packaging of the beverage industry, it realizes the advancement of electrical equipment.

3. Feed Buffer Group:
To assist in the control of the pre-pulled labels, so that the feeding process can act as a buffer and avoid situations where labels get tangled or jammed.


4. Fiber optic photoelectric eye bracket assembly:
The cutting position of the label is controlled by photoelectricity in combination with human-machine operation to detect the position of the label, making the cutting more accurate.


5. Automatic tensioning feeding group: 
It is used to balance and control the inertia force generated during the high-speed operation of the label delivery process, making the label application more stable and precise.

6. Synchronous brush down group: 
Servo transmission is adopted, and the rotational speed is adjustable. One belt drives, and the marking is forceful. A single motor drives two marking wheels to mark simultaneously, ensuring synchronization.
