Remark: The blowing machine actual gas and electricity consumption is related with the actual production, capacity high while total machine consumption is high, but each bottle consumption is low; blow molding machine actual capacity is also related to bottle shape and preform weight.

Physical flow chart:

1. Preform inlet and bottle outlet
The mechanical hand insert and taken out of the bottle, a bottle blowing machine with a person.
2. Temperature adjustment
The preform is inserted in the heating mandrel, heating the preform a uniformly rotating continuously through the heating zone and obtain reasonable temperature distribution. Using LV intelligent control instrument control infrared heating, infrared lamp can control each layer. Heating area bottleneck protection device are carefully designed, so that the bottle to obtain the ideal temperature curve configuration at the same time, and is not affected by the heating effect of the bottleneck, the bottle blank heating temperature at all levels through digital instrument operation, intuitive and convenient.
3. Stretch and blow bottle
By controlling the parameters of screen set, PLC automatic control clamping cylinder push opening mold accurately, the longitudinal tensile stretching cylinder of preform, high-pressure gas blowing bottle blank and transverse tensile, pressure setting, exhaust and out of the bottle. Mold structure is firm, the replacement of the mold is more convenient; mold lock turbocharging system is special; convenient control each cavity parameters through the touch screen, good function of fault diagnosis; special structure to ensure the sealing nozzle in various blowing pressure, the original bottle blowing control method improves the product capacity.
