5-Liter Metal Keg Beer Filling Machine
1. Brief Introduction
In response to market demand at home and abroad, our company has developed small-scale glass bottle beer filling and capping machines, as well as filling and capping equipment for 5-liter fresh-keeping containers (including stainless steel buckets, plastic fresh-keeping buckets and draft beer kegs). This machine is widely applicable to large hotels, bars and beer manufacturers. It features high automation, simple operation, easy use and small floor occupation.
2. Machine Features
- The control system adopts Weinview touch screen combined with Mitsubishi all-in-one PLC to realize fully automatic operation throughout the whole process. All control parameters (time values) can be adjusted without shutdown, ensuring high automation, convenient adjustment and stable operation.
- The whole machine is mainly made of stainless steel. All parts in direct contact with materials adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, fully complying with national food hygiene standards.
- CO₂ Back Pressure: Replaces the air inside the keg to realize isobaric filling and prevent CO₂ loss from beer.
- Filling Mode: Adopts long-tube filling technology to reduce beer oxidation during filling, with stable operation and high metering accuracy.
- Equipped with a complete CIP cleaning system. UV sterilization devices and air purification systems are installed in the filling and capping area to ensure sanitary production and avoid secondary pollution of beer.
- No independent sterile room is required. With a compact structure and universal movable casters, it saves floor space and reduces overall investment costs.
3. Working Process
- Start: Place empty kegs to be rinsed at the cleaning station and press the start button on the control panel.
- Clamping & Sealing: The bottle supporting cylinder rises to press the keg tightly against the sealing gasket of the filling valve, forming a fully sealed environment.
- CO₂ Purging: Inject carbon dioxide into the keg through the filling valve to replace internal air and reduce beer oxidation.
- Filling: Long-tube slow filling ensures stable liquid delivery and accurate filling level.
- Pressure Stabilization: Stabilize the beer liquid level to keep consistent filling volume for each container.
- Pressure Relief: Release compressed CO₂ through micro holes to prevent beer overflow when the keg is separated from the filling valve.
- Capping: Manually move the filled keg to the capping station, place the cap manually, and complete capping by inching control.
- Process Finish
