This product is a baffle-type separator designed to remove liquid droplets from steam, compressed air, and other gas systems. Performance can be enhanced by adding an insulation jacket. High-moisture steam enters the separator and moves in a centrifugal downward tilt; water is separated as velocity decreases. The separated liquid flows to the bottom for discharge via a steam trap, while dry, clean steam exits the outlet. Constructed with A105/20# carbon steel.
