二、CONFIGURATION UPGRADE

1.WATERPROOF AND DUST-PROOF CONNECTORS

 The whole vehicle harness is equipped with waterproof and dust- proof connectors to ensure the stable operation and reliability improvement of the electrical system.

2.LIGHTED LICENSE PLATE HOLDER

A lighted license plate holder is provided, which can not only fix and  protect the license plate, but also meet the requirements of lighting the license plate when driving at night, and also has a beautiful effect.

1.ENGINE

Equipped with EUP engine, effective control of fuel injection, easy to start, strong power, lower fuel consumption, high economic efficiency, high reliability.

2.WET AIR FILTER

Standard oil bath wet filter, good adsorption effect and dirt holding capacity, long service life and does not need to be discarded. It can be used repeatedly and filters dust efficiency>98%.

3.CLUTCH

Adopting dry single- action clutch, control walking and power out- put, smaller volume, easy to operate and maintenance.

四、Heat Dissipation System

1.ENLARGED RADIATOR

Enlarged radiator to ensure continuous operation without high temperature, New structure cooling system having simple structure, Convenient maintenance and cleaning, and strong heat dissipation capability.

2.EXPANSION TANK

The expansion tank can accommodate the increased volume of the coolant after it is heated and remove the air from the system, keeping the system pressure stable and determining whether the coolant level is expanding or normal.

1.OPEN CANOPY

Optional open canopy available, which can effectively block more than98% of UV rays, high strength, high durability, resistance to snow and  strong wind, and is also flame retardant.

2.SAFETY FRAME

Equipped with a new safety frame, the safety factor is higher. In the event of a rollover accident, the possibility of driver injury can be minimized. It is especially suitable for hilly and mountainous operations, and provides effective support for installing awnings in tropical areas.

六、Newly Upgraded Chassis

1.GEARBOX

Adopts(8F+2R) sliding sleeve shifting mechanical graded gearbox, with reasonable gear matching, convenient speed and direction conversion, high strength, continuous teeth, low noise, and more reliable.

2.STRENGTHEN THE CHASSIS

The rear axle and gearbox housing are strengthened, the gear mesh surface is widened, and the gear strength is increased by 25%, which effectively prevents the gearbox from breaking teeth.

七、Efficient Operation

1.FULL HYDRAULIC STEERING SYSTEM

Full hydraulic steering system is adopted for lighter driving, more flexible steering, The transmission structure of steering pump adopts 11- tooth SAE splines, which can transmit more torque and has a longer service  life.

2.STRENGTEEN AND ENLARGE THE RRONT DRIVE AXLE

Strengthen and enlarge the front drive axle, widen the transmission case, strengthen chassis is more durable and suitable for heavy load conditions.

3.SIDE SHIFT STRUCTURE

The forward and reverse gears adopt a side placed shifting structure and the handle is lengthened, saving time and effort, making drive comfortable.
