2. Molding System

Introduction:

1. The molding machine adsorbs the pulp delivered by the pulp supply pump into the machine’s hopper onto the molding molds. Through the suction force of the vacuum system, the pulp is retained on the mold surface, while excess water is sucked into the gas-water separation tank. The water is then transferred by the water extraction pump to the water tank for storage.
2. After the pulp is adsorbed on the molding mold and fully formed, the manipulator of the molding machine picks up the finished products and transfers them onto the drying conveyor belt.
