Equipment Features
- This machine inherits and retains the process of traditional water-cooled condensers for brewed distilled spirits, and can remove harmful volatile substances generated during the brewing of distilled spirits.
- Uses inexhaustible air as the cooling medium, pollution-free and energy-saving.
- Adaptable to ambient temperatures from -10°C to 35°C; the wine outlet temperature can be arbitrarily set between 10°C and 35°C.
- After connecting with the steam and tube condenser, wine starts to flow out in about 1 minute, and the wine temperature reaches 35°C in about 3 minutes.
- Temperature control accuracy: ±4°C.
- Despite fluctuations in ambient temperature and steam pressure, the machine stabilizes the wine outlet temperature, thus ensuring consistent wine quality.
- Power consumption: 0.75kWh per bottle in winter; 2.0kWh per bottle in summer.
- Adopts a combination of Delta PLC control system and human-machine interface (HMI) for intelligent operation, reducing labor intensity and ensuring product quality.
