The Baijiu Automated Blending System refers to the fully automated production control of the entire process of conveying, metering, and filtration from the brewing workshop to the pottery jar storage, wine storage workshop, blending workshop, and filling workshop.

 

The control system consists of a control cabinet, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), operator station (OS), engineer station (ES), controller (CPU), various signal modules, flow meters, automatic control valves, level sensors, temperature sensors, wine pumps, and piping systems. Under the control of the main control computer, it completes the functions of raw wine conveying, Baijiu blending, filtration conveying, and wine cellar management according to the pre-input process recipes and production procedures.

 

This product has passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of Shandong Province and the new product and new technology appraisal of Shandong Province.
