Automatic Bagging Machine

 

a) Driven by a gear motor with linear circulating movement. It mainly consists of support frame, mounting base plate, transmission chain, conveyor belt connecting parts, safety guard plate, etc.

 

b) After the heat shrinking process, the barrels are conveyed by the belt to the tunnel inlet of the barrel lifting machine. The belt conveyor transports the barrels to the bagging position. No photoelectric positioning or distance adjustment is needed; it moves in a straight line. With the barrel bottom suspended, the film feeding mechanism sleeves the packaging film around the barrel. The film-closing servo motor drives the heating cutter to cut and seal the film, thus completing the bagging action. The barrels are then delivered by the conveyor to the next process.

 

c) The machine can work continuously, with simple operation, convenient installation and easy maintenance.
