Fully automatic dual-loop CIP liquid preparation unit

Function description:
The dual-channel automatic CIP unit is an accessory equipment for the aseptic cold filling production line of Kaiqisi Company. It consists of acid tanks, alkali tanks, water tanks, tubular heat exchangers, dual-channel cleaning liquid circulation systems, and cleaning liquid heating systems. It can automatically complete the cleaning process of aseptic tanks and filling machines in sequence according to the pre-set program as required by the aseptic cold filling production line. This equipment has the functions of automatic water replenishment and acid/alkali replenishment, automatic temperature regulation, temperature, concentration, liquid level display, simulation process status, and sound and light alarm. It has both automatic and manual operation modes.

Functional features:
1) Hygienic construction - all components in contact with fluids are made of high-quality stainless steel.
2) Simple operation - the system is centrally controlled by PLC, and all process detections can be displayed on the touch screen. The operator only needs to set parameters on the touch screen and monitor the stability of the system operation through the data detection system on the touch screen.
3) Temperature self-control - the opening size of the steam flow regulating valve is controlled by the detection value of the outlet temperature sensor to ensure that the cleaning temperature is within the allowable range (control accuracy ±5℃).
4) The switching between cleaning liquid supply and self-circulation is automatically controlled by a two-way three-way valve at the cleaning liquid outlet.
5) The external interface of CIP adopts a unified structure for water inlet and drainage, which is convenient for observation.
6) It can clean two different pipelines simultaneously.
