a) It is driven by a reduction motor and features linear circulation. It is mainly composed of brackets, installation base plates, transmission chains, conveyor belt connection components, safety protection plates and other parts.
After the heat shrink film process is completed, the bucket is conveyed to the tunnel entrance of the bucket lifting machine by the conveyor belt. The belt-type conveyor belt sends the bucket to the bagging position without the need for electric eye positioning and distance. It moves in a straight line, with the bottom of the bucket suspended. The packaging film is placed around the bucket by the film feeding mechanism, and the film closing servo motor drives the heat cutting knife to cut and seal, thus completing the bagging action. Then, the bucket is sent out by the conveyor belt to enter the next process.
c) This machine can work continuously, is easy to operate, convenient to install and maintain.
