I. Product Description

This product introduces advanced foreign technologies from the 1990s. The large-area cooling of the straight wall is achieved through a fully automatic control system, allowing for one-step observation and operation. This enables the raw milk to be cooled to the required temperature rapidly and maintains a constant temperature continuously. Prevent the reproduction of bacteria and keep the original milk in Grade A milk condition.

Direct-cooling milk tanks are mainly used for cooling and storing fresh milk, and can also be used to cool and store other liquid materials. Our company designs and manufactures direct-cooling milk tanks by drawing on and absorbing advanced foreign technologies. The refrigeration compressor unit adopts high-performance and energy-saving fully enclosed compressors and is equipped with reliable protectors, which will not burn out the motor due to overload or system failure. The insulation layer adopts a new polyurethane foaming process, which has excellent thermal insulation performance. The tank body is made of high-quality stainless steel and is equipped with a cleaning device and a stirring device. The tank wall adopts an advanced honeycomb Miller plate evaporator to directly exchange heat with milk for cooling.
2. The refrigeration unit adopts imported "Copeland" compressors from the United States, imported expansion valves and solenoid valves, and is equipped with reliable midpoint protectors, which will not burn out the compressor due to overload or system failure.
3. The tank body is made of SUS304 or 316 stainless steel, equipped with pressurized automatic rotating cleaning CIP spray heads and an automatic stirring device.

4. The insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam, which has excellent thermal insulation performance.
