Precision filters (also known as security filters) typically have a stainless steel outer shell and internal tubular filter elements such as PP melt-blown, wire-burned, pleated, titanium, and activated carbon filters. Different filter elements are selected based on the filtration medium and design process to meet the required effluent quality.
They are used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions, filtration of pharmaceutical solutions with high environmental requirements and high filtration precision, and have a wide range of applications, including pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, environmental protection, and water treatment.
Structural Features:
Top-fiber filters and frame/bag filters for various coating equipment, suitable for fine chemicals, oils, food and pharmaceuticals, and water treatment.
Performance Characteristics:
(1) High filtration precision, uniform filter element pore size.
(2) Low filtration resistance, high flow rate, strong dirt-holding capacity, and long service life.
(3) High cleanliness of filter element material, no contamination to the filtration medium.
(4) Resistant to acids, alkalis, and other chemical solvents.
(5) High strength, high temperature resistance, and the filter element is not easily deformed. (6) Low price, low operating costs, easy to clean, and replaceable filter element.
Applications:
Used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions, filtration of pharmaceutical solutions with high environmental requirements and high filtration accuracy. It has a wide range of applications, suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, environmental protection, and water treatment industries.
Tank materials include fiberglass and stainless steel, and can also be customized according to user requirements.
Basic Parameters
1: Filtration Capacity (T/H): 0.05-20
2: Filter Operating Pressure (MPa): 0.1-0.6
3: Filter Core Count: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15
4: Filter Operating Temperature (°C): 5-55
Characteristics and Applications of Various Filter Cartridges:
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane filter cartridges, Polyethylene (HE) membrane filter cartridges, Polypropylene (PP) membrane filter cartridges, Cellulose acetate (CN-CA) membrane filter cartridges.
Filtration accuracy ranges from 0.1-60µm. Lengths are available in 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches (i.e., 250, 500, 750, and 1000 mm).
The above filter cartridges have a pressure resistance of 0.42 MPa and are backwashable. Two interface types are available: insert type (222, 226 sockets) and flat nozzle type.
Features of the pleated filter:
This machine is small in size, lightweight, easy to use, has a large filtration area, low clogging rate, fast filtration speed, no pollution, and good thermal and chemical stability.
This filter can remove most particles, so it is widely used in fine filtration and sterilization processes.
The filter cartridge can hold 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, or 15 cartridges.
Pleated filter cartridge lengths are 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches.
Filter cartridge materials include polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polysulfone, nylon, polypropylene, and cellulose acetate.
Filtration pore sizes include: 0.1µm, 0.22µm, 1µm, 3µm, 5µm, and 10µm.
It is also available with hydrophobic (suitable for gases) and hydrophilic (suitable for liquids) filter cartridges, which can be selected according to needs.
Precision filters mainly include: PA/PE microporous precision filters, titanium rod filters, polyethersulfone filter cartridges, polytetrafluoroethylene filter cartridges, and microporous membrane cartridge filters.
Features:
1. High-efficiency removal of water, oil mist, and solid particles; 100% removal of particles 0.01μm and larger; oil mist concentration controlled at 0.01ppm/wt for microporous precision filter cartridges;
2. Reasonable structure, small size, and light weight;
3. Available with protective plastic or aluminum alloy housing;
4. Three-stage segmented purification treatment; long service life.
