Product Introduction
This production line adopts the pasteurization sterilization process, specially designed for the post-processing packaging of food such as jelly and gel-like products. It is equipped with complete sets of equipment including cleaning → filling → sterilization → cooling → drying → (cooling) and other processes, realizing fully automated and safe production.
The main machine adopts 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Other parts are also made of food-grade stainless steel materials.
Features: The whole process from conveyor feeding, sterilization line, wind (cooling) machine to drying machine is continuously operated and automatically controlled.
The Sterilize Process is adopted for the production line. This machine is used to produce the technical program of jelly and other products. It can be used for the production of jelly, fruit jelly, after the filling and sealing process. It can be used from a food production line with the series machines of CIP and CFR models. It reaches the production purpose of the quantitative filling and sealing. The main machine is made of stainless steel, and the other parts are made of stainless steel.
