The filling and sealing machine adopts intermittent operation mode, equipped with a German Siemens programmable logic controller. It features automatic box dropping, double filling, double heat sealing, film cutting and waste film collection, as well as guide rail product output. 

This machine is controlled by an intelligent digital display temperature control system for sealing temperature, with a temperature error of less than ±2%. It ensures high sealing strength and good sealing performance. The entire machine is equipped with a Japanese Omron programmable logic control system. The body is designed with stainless steel outer casing, meeting relevant food hygiene standards. The execution components of the equipment are controlled by a pneumatic system, simplifying the mechanical structure, significantly reducing failure rates, and making the machine run more smoothly and safely. There is no splashing or leakage during overfilling, and the sealing quality is excellent, greatly enhancing the production efficiency and service life of the equipment.
