1. Raw water pump
In order to ensure the constant flow and pressure of the system water supply, a raw water booster pump is set up. The product manufactured by Hangzhou Nanfang Special Pump Industry Co., Ltd. is selected. The water pump model is a CHL series stainless steel horizontal centrifugal pump, which is a maintenance-free mechanical seal pump that meets the DIN24960 standard. It has high efficiency, low noise, stable and reliable performance.
2. Multi-media filter
The multi-media filter is equipped with high-quality quartz sand, anthracite and other multi-layer filter materials, which are mainly used to remove suspended matter, mud and sand and granular impurities in water. The filter is a vertical structure, made of 304 stainless steel plates according to the pressure vessel standard, and controlled by a multi-way valve controller for easy operation.
3. Activated carbon filter
The activated carbon filter is equipped with granular fruit shell water purification activated carbon, which mainly removes macromolecular organic matter, colloids, odors, residual chlorine and other substances in the water. The activated carbon filter is a vertical structure, made of 304 stainless steel plates according to the pressure vessel standard, and controlled by a multi-way valve controller for easy operation.
4. Water softener
The softener uses the exchangeable Na+ cations in the sodium cationic resin to exchange the calcium and magnesium ions in the water, so that the raw water is converted into softened water. This is of positive significance for preventing the scale on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane and improving the working life and treatment effect of the reverse osmosis membrane. Therefore, a softener is configured in this system. Due to the corrosiveness of Cl- in the regeneration liquid to metals, the tank body is made of stainless steel. The filter material is the sodium cationic resin produced by Hangzhou Zhengguang Resin Factory. The regeneration is controlled by an automatic controller
5. 5μm security filter
The main purpose of setting this equipment is to perform security filtration on the water inlet of the reverse osmosis system to prevent the filter material fragments leaked from the pre-treatment equipment from entering the reverse osmosis system and causing permanent damage to the reverse osmosis membrane, so as to ensure that the water finally entering the system meets the water inlet requirements of reverse osmosis.
6. Reverse Osmosis Device
The reverse osmosis membrane in the system uses the most advanced polyamide composite membrane element (TFC membrane) imported from the liquid separation department of Dow Chemical Company in the United States. The desalination rate of a single membrane is ≥99.5%, and the system desalination rate is ≥97%. It can effectively remove suspended particles, organic colloidal silica, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, pyrogens and other impurities in water.
