4.1 BY-RO-5T Reverse Osmosis Water treatment system

4.1.1 Pre- treatment system: this systems has pre-treatment device before RO membrane,it can filter the fine particles, suspended solids,gels,free chlorine,low molecular weight organic matter,trihalide (THM), so as to reduce the water turbidity(NTU),and ensure the outlet water SDI (pollution degree), relieve the water peculiar smell and color, conform to the inlet water requirement of RO membrane. Meanwhile it protects filter from over 5um particles, prevent the RO membrane from block and damage.

4.1.2 RO System: this system takes the most advanced Polyamide composite membrane, the critical components has stable and reliable performance.

4.1.3 Water Supply System: this system choose the Ozone series products made by Guangzhou Dahuan company,it is used to kill the water bacteria caused in the tank,and to keep the water fresh,and be rich in oxygen. The pump in this system is produced by the famous Nanfang Pump; the system finally controls equipment and the structure is vertical cylinder with 0.2um Titanium rod filter inside to remove bacteria corpse, and finally to ensure the high water purity in the inlet tunnel.

4.1.4 Cleaning system：In normal operation after a period of time, the reverse osmosis elements may be polluted by the suspended solids and insoluble salt from supply water, so matched chemical cleaning system is needed.

4.1.5 Control system：The PLC automatic control system is made by Japan Mitsubishi, and the electric elements are Schneider Brand of France. Once the equipment starts up, the system will run under the automatic protection. It will automatically run and stop according to the liquid lever in the water tank. The RO system has multiple protection functions and automatically washing system; the whole system is automatic, and is rich in water supply all the day.
