The BY-XGF-18-18-6 type PET bottle washing/filling/capping three-in-one machine is an advanced model independently developed by our company based on the latest international filling technology and processes. It is specifically designed for the filling of still beverages such as mineral water and purified water. This machine uses a neck-bottle positioning conveying method, and only requires a few changes in components to be suitable for various bottle sizes, minimizing the wear on the bottle body and ensuring smooth conveying. The filling method is micro-negative pressure gravity filling, which increases the filling speed and precisely controls the liquid level. The sanitary-grade circulating pipeline provides a reliable guarantee for product quality. The immediate grab and cap technology imported from France is at the leading level in China.
1.2 Main structural features:
● Frame
The frame is made of structural steel with a 304 stainless steel layer on the outside, a 304 stainless steel frame, and adjustable stainless steel feet.
● Conveying system
Except for the bottle exit star wheel, the entire conveying system uses neck-bottle positioning control. All star wheels are made of 304 stainless steel neck-bottle positioning star wheels. The empty bottles are conveyed to the bottle entry star wheel by a pneumatic conveying system.
The bottle exit pusher wheel adopts a non-neck-bottle positioning structure, which avoids the need to adjust the height of the chain conveyor surface of other equipment behind the three-in-one machine when adjusting the bottle height.
When users change bottle shapes with different diameters or heights, they only need to replace the positioning pusher wheel blocks, which is convenient and fast.
The bottles are conveyed to the bottle entry star wheel by pneumatic force, ensuring the reliability of the bottle operation.
● Rotating bottle washing part
There are 18 bottle clamps, which are made of stainless steel and use a snap-in design. The clamps do not touch the part above the bottle mouth thread. The bottle washing nozzles are solid cone-shaped nozzles that can reach all corners of the bottle wall and bottom, ensuring thorough cleaning.
● Rotary filling section
There are 18 filling valves, and all parts in contact with the beverage are made of 304 stainless steel. The inner surface of the filling cylinder is mirror-polished. The high-speed, high-flow and high-precision filling valves ensure fast filling speed and accurate liquid level.
● Rotating Capping Section
The capping head quantity is 6. The capping machine adopts the technology of French AROL Company. The capping is magnetic capping with overload protection function, and the capping torque is stable and reliable. There is no phenomenon of biting the cap, high cap, skewed cap or curled edge during capping.
The lower cap slide is made of 304 stainless steel. A photoelectric switch is installed on the lower cap slide to automatically control the start and stop of the cap aligner. It can achieve the function of no cap sent without bottle and automatic stop when there is no cap in the lower cap slide.
A cap measuring device is installed in the cap aligner. When combined with the cap feeder, it can realize automatic cap feeding.
● Cap Arrangement Section
Horizontal pneumatic cap arrangement structure, 304 stainless steel cap hopper, 304 stainless steel lower cap chute. The cap hopper and lower cap chute are equipped with an electronic cap absence detection system, which automatically controls the operation of the cap arrangement machine and the entire machine. It can achieve no cap delivery or dropping when there is no bottle, and automatically stop the machine when there is no cap.
● Power System
The main drive uses an electric motor to drive the reducer through belt transmission, which then drives the entire machine. It features variable frequency speed regulation, and all moving parts are driven by super-pressed oil nylon gears, ensuring smooth operation.
● Control System and Operation Panel
Sealed independent electrical control box made of stainless steel, with imported PLC, frequency converter, relay, photoelectric switch, inductive switch relay components, and a touch screen operation panel. The pneumatic components are also imported.
● The entire machine adopts a centralized dry oil lubrication system, making equipment maintenance and upkeep more convenient.
