BY-XGF-8-8-3 Automatic Bottled Water Filling Machine is an advanced model independently developed by our company in combination with internationally advanced filling processes and technologies, which is specially used for filling non-carbonated beverages such as mineral water and purified water. The machine adopts the bottleneck positioning conveying method, which can be applied to bottles of various sizes with only a few changes, minimizing the wear on the bottle body and ensuring smooth conveying. The filling method is micro-negative pressure gravity filling, which increases the filling speed and can accurately control the filling liquid level. The sanitary circulation pipeline provides a reliable guarantee for product quality. This fully integrated, turnkey automatic bottled water production line handles washing, high-speed filling, and capping for PET bottles at an impressive rate of 2000 BPH (5L Bottles), offering a complete, automated solution for small-scale to growing producers.

Main structural features:
● Frame
The frame is made of structural steel, with a 304 stainless steel layer on the outside, a 304 stainless steel frame, and stainless steel adjustable feet.
● Conveying system
Except for the bottle discharge star wheel, the entire process of the bottle conveying system is controlled by clamping the bottleneck, and the star wheels are all 304 stainless steel clamping bottleneck star wheels. The air conveying system is used to convey the empty bottles to the bottle inlet star wheel.
The bottle discharge dial wheel adopts a non-blocking bottleneck structure, which can avoid the need to adjust the height of the chain surface of other equipment after the three-in-one machine due to the bottle height adjustment.
When the user replaces the bottle shape with different diameters or heights, he only needs to replace the positioning dial tile. The replacement is convenient and quick.
The bottle inlet adopts wind power to convey the bottle inlet star wheel, thereby ensuring the reliability of the bottle operation.
● Rotary bottle washing part
The number of bottle washing chucks is 8, and the clamp is a clamp-in stainless steel bottle clamp. The clamp does not touch the part above the bottle mouth thread. The bottle washing nozzle is a solid conical nozzle, which can flush to every corner of the bottle wall and bottom, making the washing cleaner.

● Rotary filling part
There are 8 filling valves, and the parts in contact with beverages are all 304 stainless steel. The inner surface of the filling cylinder is mirror polished. High-speed, large-flow, high-precision filling valves, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level.

● Rotary capping part
There are 3 capping heads, and the capping machine adopts the technology of France AROL company. The capping is magnetic capping, with overload protection function, and the capping torque is stable and reliable. There is no gnawing, high cap, crooked cap, and curling phenomenon in the capping.
304 stainless steel lower cap slide, the lower cap slide is equipped with a photoelectric switch to automatically control the start and stop of the cap sorting machine. It can realize the function of no bottle no cap delivery and automatic stop when there is no lower cap.
A cap measuring device is installed in the cap sorting machine, and it can realize automatic cap feeding when equipped with a cap conveying machine.

● Cap sorting part
Horizontal pneumatic cap sorting structure, 304 stainless steel cap bin, 304 stainless steel lower cap slot, cap bin and lower cap slot are equipped with electronic no-cap detection system, automatically controlling the operation of the cap sorting machine and the whole machine. It can realize no cap delivery and no cap drop when there is no bottle, and automatic shutdown when there is no cap.
● Power system
The main drive adopts an electric motor to drive the reducer through a belt, and then drives the whole machine to run. Frequency conversion speed regulation, each moving mechanism component adopts super-strong oil-pressed nylon gear transmission, and runs smoothly.
● Control system and operation panel
Sealed independent electric control box, stainless steel material, imported PLC, frequency converter, relay, photoelectric switch, induction switch relay element, touch screen operation panel, imported pneumatic components.
● The whole machine adopts a centralized dry oil lubrication system, which makes equipment maintenance and maintenance more convenient.
