Key Features
- Automated filling: The pneumatic system drives the filling heads through pneumatic cylinders, and a pneumatic positioner ensures precise movement of the filling heads (opening and closing of the filling valves).
- Aseptic protection: The steam system creates a sterile environment inside the filling heads and material pipelines, achieving zero contamination of raw materials.
- Dual-head aseptic filling: The material pipeline diverts the product to two filling heads, which dispense the material into aseptic bags. The entire filling process is completed under aseptic conditions.
- Accurate metering: Filling volume is measured by a mass flow meter.
