Equipment Features

1. Adopts external long-tube mechanical valves. The air inside PET bottles is fully replaced with CO₂, which effectively reduces oxygen pickup.
2. Equipped with liftable high-efficiency spray nozzles. It ensures thorough cleaning inside PET beer bottles while saving water consumption for bottle rinsing.
3. Bottles are conveyed by full-stainless-steel bottle clamps. The main machine adopts direct connection technology between the air conveyor and the infeed star wheel. Meanwhile, all bottle transmission applies neck-handling technology. When changing bottle shapes with a fixed bottle mouth diameter, no replacement parts are required, greatly shortening the adjustment time for different bottle types.
4. The liquid level and pressure of the filling tank are controlled by analog liquid level probes and precision regulating valves respectively.
5. Fitted with a high-pressure defoaming device to minimize residual air in the bottle neck.
6. The whole machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication system to realize automatic lubrication for all lubrication points, ensuring convenient operation and maintenance.
