The conveyor line serves as a bridge connecting various production equipment and directly affects the operational efficiency of the production line. When configuring the conveyor line, it is necessary to consider that short-term shutdowns of the downstream equipment (such as label replacement, etc.) should not affect the operation of the upstream equipment. At the same time, it should be able to seamlessly connect the upstream and downstream equipment to achieve a higher operational efficiency for the entire production line. The mechanical structure of our company's conveyor line is newly designed, with most components formed by stamping or bending, featuring good rigidity, light weight, and excellent interchangeability.
