Higher Bale Capacity & Longer Continuous Harvest Time: Cotton density in bales increases by up to 5%, and bale diameter by up to 2%. With the same amount of wrapping film, it can pack up to 8%* more cotton, significantly reducing film consumption, wrapping costs and bale transportation costs. The 2nd Gen Gen 2 bale processing system improves film feeding and stretching capabilities, reducing wrapping time by 33% compared to the previous generation—ensuring fast harvesting speeds even for high-yield cotton. It can hold up to 5 rolls of wrapping film, with remaining film levels easily visible via windows and film indicators, saving film replacement time and extending continuous operation.

Enhanced Productivity: Operating speed is increased by 5%* to 7.4 km/h, harvesting up to 60 mu per hour (calculated under U.S. cotton planting conditions) and 26 more mu per 10 hours (calculated under U.S. cotton planting conditions). To match the improved speed, the PRO16 cotton header is upgraded to the PRO16 HS header, which gently transitions cotton from the guide area to the picking area, reducing crop loss. The ProDrive™ transmission boosts transport speed from 27 km/h to 32 km/h, minimizing travel time between fields and increasing effective harvesting hours.
