1. Cap feeding, cap washing, cap arrangement and cap pressing machine

（1）The bucket LIDS are quantitatively and batched sent into the lid-arranging tray by the lid-feeding machine for orderly lid-arranging and lid-feeding work.
(2) The arranged bucket LIDS are automatically sent to the entrance of the lid-washing machine in sequence and driven by a cylinder to the lid-washing position for fully automatic disinfection and rinsing.
(3) To conduct a more thorough hygiene disinfection of the bucket lid, the lid is sprayed with disinfectant for disinfection. The disinfection of bucket LIDS is divided into two parts: spraying disinfectant for sterilization and rinsing with finished water.
(4) The finished water rinse is a further hygienic cleaning of the bucket lid. The purpose of the rinse is to remove the residual chlorine and debris on the lid.
(5) The cap aligner is externally driven, effectively preventing water splashing and immersion, and can also align water caps.
(6) Italian lid-arranging and lid-hanging technology, suitable for bucket height error of +/-2mm, and the lid-opening button does not get caught in the lid.
(7) Crawler-type capping ensures uniform capping force and accurate capping, guaranteeing consistent product quality.
(8) The entire process is automatically controlled by a computer.
