Manually place the aluminum can lid materials (in long paper packages, approximately 1100mm in length) neatly onto the conveyor mesh. The materials are conveyed forward and pass through the lifting and picking mechanism, which each time delivers one material to the peeling mechanism. The paper covering the material is automatically removed by the cutting tool. Then, the peeled aluminum lids are pushed into the auxiliary material bins in front (two in total, corresponding to two channels). Finally, the bins move laterally to transfer the aluminum lids to the corresponding left and right feeding troughs, and the feeding motor continuously supplies the aluminum lids to the capping machine behind.
