The equipment is composed of a cardboard storage bin, paperboard picking components, paperboard conveying tracks, bottle conveying lines, bottle sorting mechanisms, and folding mechanisms. The products enter the equipment from left to right along the bottle conveying line. The preset bottle sorting mechanism (star wheel and feed screw) automatically arranges the products at equal intervals according to the packaging arrangement and combination requirements. The packaging cardboard is picked up from the pre-stored cardboard storage bin by the paperboard picking components (suction cups) and enters the equipment. The cardboard is arranged at equal intervals and enters the paperboard conveying track. The cardboard is conveyed downward and converges with the grouped products. After the cardboard and the products are neatly combined, they undergo carding, folding, and pressing to complete the packaging, and are then output to the diverter and other subsequent processes. Each piece of cardboard is packaged in one step, with a production speed of 50 to 350 packages per minute. It is suitable for small-batch or large-scale secondary packaging production needs of glass cups, bottle and can products, brick-shaped packaging, connected cups, and single cups.
