The cheese tank is a tank used to store semi-finished products during cheese processing. Generally, sterilized and cooled milk is injected into the cheese tank and then undergoes processes such as cheese blending, curdling, heating and stirring, whey removal, chopping and salt addition, transforming liquid milk into solid cheese blocks.
