This machine is designed for pulp-residue separation of pome fruits and all kinds of berry fruits that have undergone crushing and pre-cooking processes.

Once the motor is started, it drives the main shaft via a coupling. The rotor, which is fixedly connected to the main shaft, rotates along the inner wall of the screen together with the shaft.

 

Materials to be pulped enter the pulping chamber through the feed inlet. Under the friction effect of the high-speed rotating pulping blades and the screen, the materials are gradually refined into fine pulp. Driven by centrifugal force and gravity, the finished pulp passes through the screen holes and is discharged from the discharge outlet at the machine base.
