I. Overview
The entire line is equipped with a pressure-free conveying system, which solves problems such as bottle squeezing, bottle jamming, bottle toppling, and instability and unreliability when multi-row bottle conveying changes to single-row bottle conveying in medium and high-speed bottle production lines. It consists of three sections of conveying chains with different speeds, approximately 8 meters long, driven by three variable-frequency speed-regulating motors. It is equipped with photoelectric detection for full bottles, accumulated bottles, and the number of bottles supplied (the number of bottles supplied per unit time). According to the speed pulse signals detected, the PLC automatically synchronizes and tracks to adjust the speed of the conveying chains to ensure continuous and non-squeezing bottle supply. This section also has bottle guiding and bottle discharging devices.
II. Main Structure and Features
The side panels are made of 2.5mm thick high-quality SUS304, fabricated through laser cutting and bending.
The outriggers are made of 50X50 stainless steel square tubes.
3. The outrigger brackets and guardrail brackets are all SUS304 stamped parts, with an attractive appearance.
4. The trunking and fixing frames are all made of SUS304 material.
5. The guardrail adopts stainless steel M-shaped bars, with an aluminum alloy frame and high-molecular polyethylene wear-resistant strips as the track pads.
6. The connecting rod is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the transmission shaft has a 40mm diameter and is made of 45 steel.
7. The chain plates can be made of two specifications: 8.7mm thick high-speed chain plates and 4mm thick ones. The 8.7mm thick ones have a pitch of 25.4.
The chain plate has low noise, smooth operation, low bottle inversion rate, high strength and long service life. The sprocket is made of high-strength material (selected according to customer requirements).
8. The multi-row to single-row chain track transition section adopts differential lane changing to reduce the squeezing and wear of the tank body.
