The independently developed large-scale variable multi-stage (constant temperature difference) vibrating continuous cooling crystallization system has transformed the landscape of small-scale single-unit batch operation for sugar alcohol crystallization in China's fermentation industry. It has realized continuous and large-scale production, broken the technology monopoly of BMA, and filled the gap in domestic localization of such equipment.
Our multi-effect evaporation crystallization system pioneered the application of classified evaporation crystallizers in the aluminum chloride industry.
Our independently developed continuous cooling crystallization technology with precise particle size control has been pioneered for application in material systems including ammonium metavanadate, nickel sulfate, lithium hexafluorophosphate, potassium chloride, and aluminum chloride hexahydrate. The resulting crystal products feature large and uniform particle size. This technology replaces batch tank crystallization and is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
Our developed falling film melt crystallization technology has delivered excellent application performance in ethylene carbonate series products and heavy aromatics products.
