The DC-338-1 series packaging machine is a three-roller system designed for the automatic packaging of liquid, viscous, and similar materials. This machine is capable of performing either three-side or four-side sealing.
The machine utilizes an advanced industrial computer control system. Through an intuitive "human-machine interface," operators can conveniently and precisely adjust bag dimensions—increasing or decreasing them significantly—as well as modify packaging speeds. A color LCD touch screen facilitates the configuration of the vast majority of operational settings, while Chinese-language prompts ensure that all setup procedures remain simple and clear.
The machine features one set of vertical heat-sealing rollers, one set of horizontal heat-sealing rollers, and one set of horizontal cold-sealing rollers. Sealing is executed via a roller-based method; the vertical seal pattern employs a "chessboard" texture combined with an anti-leak line, while the horizontal seal pattern offers a choice between the chessboard texture with an anti-leak line or a flat seal with an anti-leak line. The material to be packaged is dispensed into the packaging bag via a dedicated metering device. A variety of metering options are available, including magnetic pumps for liquid packaging; piston pumps and "Haiba" pumps for viscous materials; and rotary pumps for viscous materials requiring continuous filling. The cutting mechanism offers a choice of three blade types: a flat blade, a serrated blade, or a dotted-line blade. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an "easy-tear" notch device to facilitate convenient bag opening.

Suitable Materials:

Primarily used for packaging liquid materials such as soy sauce, vinegar, emulsifiable pesticides, and suspensions; as well as viscous products including shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, creams, and ointments.
