- PO-635 Boiler Descaling Agent is a composite of chemicals with chelating, cleaning, and dispersing effects. This high-efficiency boiler descaling agent features dual functions of cleaning and corrosion inhibition. During application, it offers advantages such as fast cleaning speed, excellent cleaning effect, and low corrosion rate. PO-635 Boiler Descaling Agent mainly peels off and disperses the scale formed inside the boiler into water through chelating and dispersing effects. It causes little damage to the boiler body and its accessories, and will not lead to over-cleaning due to excessive dosage or prolonged cleaning time. Different from conventional hydrochloric acid cleaning, it is not interfered by harmful ions such as iron and copper in water, and is suitable for the cleaning of medium and low-pressure boilers.
Usage Method
The dosage of PO-635 Boiler Descaling Agent during cleaning is determined by the volume of the boiler and the amount of scale. The dosing concentration is generally 1‰-3‰ of the boiler volume.
Packaging and Storage
- PO-635 Boiler Descaling Agent is packed in plastic barrels, with each barrel containing 20kg or customized according to user requirements. Store it in a cool place, and the shelf life is 12 months.
Safety and Protection
PO-635 Boiler Descaling Agent is weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and other parts of the body. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water immediately.
