PO-632 High-Efficiency Descaling Cleaner is compounded with agents that have chelating, cleaning, and dispersing effects. It possesses the dual functions of cleaning and corrosion inhibition, and boasts advantages such as fast cleaning speed, excellent cleaning effect, and low corrosion rate during application. PO-632 High-Efficiency Descaling Cleaner mainly peels off and disperses the formed scale into water through chelating and dispersing effects. It causes little damage to attached parts and will not lead to over-cleaning due to excessive dosage or prolonged cleaning time. Different from conventional hydrochloric acid cleaning, it is not interfered by harmful ions such as iron and copper in water.

Calculate the volume of the water circulation system of the equipment to be cleaned. The dilution ratio with water is 2-4% (i.e., add 20-40 kg of descaling cleaner to 1 ton of water). If the scale in the system exceeds 3 mm, the dosage can be increased as appropriate.

Circulating cleaning.

Establish a circulation in the water system of the equipment to be cleaned, add the descaling cleaner to the water system in proportion, and circulate for about 2-3 hours. Then, add additional descaling cleaner to the circulation system at a ratio of 0.05% (i.e., add 5 kg of descaling cleaner to 1 ton of water). After cleaning is completed, drain the cleaning solution, replace it with clean water, and start the equipment for normal operation.
