III. Product Features:
1. This series of impact testing machines is an intelligent digital display impact testing machine developed and manufactured using microcomputer technology. It can automatically correct for energy losses caused by friction and wind resistance, eliminating the need for numerical charts that correct for energy loss due to resistance. (The detection of the remaining energy of the pendulum after sample fracture and the correction for energy loss are completed in one operation during the impact process).
2. All impact testing machines in this series use electronic displays for the test results, making the readings more intuitive and improving the accuracy and precision of the impact testing machine.
3. Employs rotary encoder circular grating angle measurement technology, offering advantages such as high accuracy, good stability, and a large measurement range. Digital display shows breaking energy, impact strength, pre-lift angle, rise angle, average value, and automatic energy loss correction.
4. The swing arm is made of a new type of carbon fiber material, which is stronger than steel and lighter than aluminum.
