DOUBLE LAYER STERILIZER
PRODUCT FEATURES
This machine adopts full water immersion sterilization technology. Two sterilization pots share one hot water tank for operation. After the food processing in one pot is completed, the high-temperature process water can be pumped back into the hot water tank in advance while the other pot is working. This design significantly reduces the loss of process water and heat, minimizes waiting time, and doubles the production capacity compared with conventional double-layer sterilizers.
Main applications: Metal containers, plastic containers, and flexible bag packaging.
