What is the Working Principle of E2E Proximity Switch?
- A high-frequency oscillator inside the proximity switch drives the coil to generate a high-frequency magnetic field.
- When the measured object approaches the high-frequency magnetic field, eddy currents are generated on the surface of the object, which in turn induce a secondary magnetic field.
- The oscillator is affected by the secondary magnetic field induced by the eddy current and stops oscillating.
- The control circuit outputs ON/OFF signals based on the presence or absence of oscillation.
