The basic working principle of an electric heating steam generator is as follows: Through an automatic control device, the liquid controller or high, medium, and low electrode probes provide feedback control over the opening and closing of the water pump, the duration of water supply, and the heating time of the furnace. The high steam pressure, set by a pressure relay, causes the furnace water level to drop continuously as steam is continuously output. When the water level is low (mechanical) or medium (electronic), the water pump automatically replenishes water. When the water level reaches high, the water pump stops replenishing water. At the same time, the electric heating tubes inside the furnace continue to heat the furnace, continuously generating steam. The pointer-type pressure gauge on the panel or top immediately displays the steam pressure value. The entire process can be automatically displayed by indicator lights.
