Equipment Features

• The filling machine adopts visual non-contact quantitative filling via glass tube matched with sensors, featuring high filling accuracy and an elegant, robust appearance.

• All equipment operations are realized via one-button control on the Siemens touch screen. Metering adjustment can be switched with one button, with a single-head fine-tuning function available. One-button height adjustment is supported for bottle type change.

• The material cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel with brushed and polished finish. The touch screen supports one-button emptying, automatic cycle cleaning and positioned recovery functions of the material cylinder. It is especially suitable for non-contact filling of sugar-containing health wine, medicinal wine, cooking wine and fruit wine, with no dripping or overflow during filling. The filling nozzles are equipped with an anti-foaming function.

• The equipment adopts bottom liquid feeding, which minimizes foam generation inside the material cylinder.

• The filling machine is equipped with a low liquid level alarm function, which avoids inaccurate metering caused by continuous filling at low liquid level for opaque bottle types. The whole machine has an elegant and robust appearance, with excellent display performance for exhibition and inspection.
