Made of all stainless steel, it is designed for workbench installation and is hygienic. The tank is equipped with a detachable stainless steel agitator, which is driven by a speed-adjustable motor through a protected connection system. Under the action of the water pump, water circulates in the jacket of the tank at a preselected temperature through the built-in pump. 

The console includes: 

Human-machine interface (HMI) for data control and visualization 

The digital display shows the pH value of the material in the tank. 

Digital display of the temperature inside the tank and water temperature 

Blender stop/start and speed control 

Integrated data logger with USB output 

Automatically control the speed, temperature and time of the mixer in up to six steps. 

The pH meter and temperature probe are suspended in the tank through a bracket on the edge of the tank. A specially designed filter plate is installed at the discharge port of the tank to facilitate discharge.
