Machine structure:
The 1TF-2500-36 three-point hanging fertilizer spreader is mainly composed of a material box, a mixing shaft, a transmission shaft, a fertilizer throwing plate, a feeding port, a flow control component, and corresponding connection protection parts and hydraulic oil lines.
1.Bumper
The bumper is formed by bending two stainless steel tubes. Its main function is to protect the fertilizer box and prevent it from deforming due to external force extrusion, which affects normal use. There is a red and yellow warning light behind the bumper, which has a night warning function to facilitate night operations and reduce risks.
2. Fertilizer throwing device
The fertilizer throwing device mainly consists of a fertilizer throwing plate, long and short fertilizer throwing trough plates, a bottom balance plate and corresponding connectors.
The fertilizer dispensing disk is formed by 3D laser cutting and die stamping. The surface of the disk is hollowed out and engraved with the adjustment scale value of the fertilizer dispensing trough plate, so that the corresponding fertilizer dispensing width can be adjusted according to the different needs of growers.
When adjusting the positions of the long and short fertilizer throwing trough plates, attention should be paid to the relative positions of the trough plates should be parallel to each other to ensure even fertilizer spreading during fertilizer throwing operations.
There is a balance plate under the short groove plate at the bottom of the fertilizer throwing plate to balance the tilt of the fertilizer throwing plate caused by the inconsistent length of the operating plate and prevent it from affecting the uniformity of the fertilizer throwing.
3. Flow control door assembly
The flow control door consists of a hydraulic cylinder oil pipe, a flow control door, a flow control plate, a switch door, a nylon guide plate, a support rod, and connecting parts.
The two ends of the hydraulic cylinder are connected to the flow control plate and the switch door respectively, and the flow control plate is connected to the fertilizer funnel on the fertilizer tank to keep the flow control plate fixed. The switch door is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder and is responsible for determining whether the fertilizer falls.
The flow control door is connected to the flow control plate through a nylon guide plate and a pin. It has a handle on one end and is fixed on the scale on the side of the fertilizer tank. The flow control door determines the amount of fertilizer by adjusting the scale value corresponding to the handle, and then controls the total amount of fertilizer per acre of land.
When the machine is performing field operations, attention should be paid to the working sequence of the opening and closing door and the fertilizer dish. When the fertilizer starts to be thrown, the fertilizer dish must be started first to reach the specified rotation speed, and then the door must be opened to spread fertilizer. When the fertilizer is spread, the door must be closed first, and then the fertilizer dish must stop rotating to avoid the problem of fertilizer leakage on the machine.
4.ruler
The scale is installed on the rear and lower box plate of the fertilizer tank and is connected to the handle and indicator block on the flow control door. The surface of the mark is engraved with relevant scales. By adjusting the corresponding position of the handle indicator block on the scale, the opening angle of the flow control door is controlled to achieve the purpose of controlling the amount of fertilizer.
5.Awning
The awning is made of cloth with good waterproof performance. Each side is fixed to the fertilizer box by two rubber handles. The rubber handles are easy to disassemble and assemble. The awning can be disassembled and assembled according to the weather conditions during field operations, and it has a good protective effect on the fertilizer in the fertilizer box.
