ZXP-150 Fully Automatic Bottle Washing Machine

1. The ZXP-150 automatic bottle washing unit is suitable for cleaning new and used bottles of various specifications, such as beer, fruit wine, beverages, and large infusion bottles. This unit can be combined with filling machines and capping machines to form an automatic production line integrating bottle washing, filling and capping. It can also be used as a standalone machine to complete independent bottle washing according to customer requirements.

2. The ZXP-150 automatic bottle washing unit consists of a soaking machine, external brushing machine, internal brushing & draining machine, bottle conveyor, electric control cabinet and other components. The external brushing machine is optional due to its limited cleaning effect.

Bottle washing process:

Bottle Infeed → Soaking & Spraying → External Brushing → Internal Brushing → Fresh Water Rinsing Inside Bottle → Draining → Bottle Discharge

Hot alkaline water temperature: 50~55℃

Alkali solution concentration: Approximately 2.5%
